With our new combined warehouse and office facilities Zenith Aviation, Inc. has been able to consolidate many of our operations into one, helping to streamline order, production and delivery sequences.
 The North Carolina machine shop has some 10,000 square feet of dedicated space housing state of the art CNC machines. The shop has a long and successful history of delivering exceptional quality having produced thousands of very high tolerance aviation and racing engine parts. This experience has developed our capability to handle any custom high precision work quickly and affordably.
Our dedication reflects the Quality Management Systems Standard for Design, Production, Sales and Management, our staff of experts will guarantee a timely and superbly crafted product when it is delivered to the customer. Our focus on service and value drives every dimension of our company and we wouldn't do it any other way!
The machine shop has:
- 1 5 Axis CNC Milling Center
- 8 CNC Milling centers with both 3 and 4 axis capabilities
- 4 CNC Turning Centers capable of running up to 3” diameter stock through the spindle
- Makino Wire EDM with cutting area that is 12”x24”x30”
- Flow Waterjet with 4’x8’ cutting table capable of cutting up to 8” thick stock
- Inspection lab includes
- Brown and Sharpe CMM
- Faro Platinum N1005 measuring arm etc.
